We are currently recruiting for an Operations and Procurement Lead to support our team of talented designers in this busy and growing practice.
Overbury Interiors is an established interior design studio situated in a tranquil countryside location on the Hampshire/Surrey border working on high-end residential and boutique commercial projects throughout the UK and abroad. We produce thoughtful, timeless interiors for our clients who often return to work with us on multiple projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, well-organised and detail-oriented individual to join our close-knit team. You will be part of a small dynamic team supporting our Designers with all aspects of the sampling, estimating, ordering, and production processes and will be involved in projects from concept to completion. You will play a key collaborative role between our Designers, Suppliers, and Clients and you will be critical in helping the business continue to grow. This will be a full-time role based primarily in the studio but will include visits to site to meet with Clients and Suppliers and oversee installations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
