Job Description
- Assist with reporting against operational KPI’s including sales, labour, productivity and compliance.
- Managing the coordination and implementations of all ongoing projects for London and Birmingham, working closely with the Head of Operations to support where necessary.
- Maintaining multi-site project tracker, ensuring critical path is maintained by key stakeholders and alignment at all times.
- Build requirements for all key projects including collation of supportive metrics and brand standards to ensure continuity and consistency.
- Act as central coordination point between departments to maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams remain informed and aligned.
- Collaborating with other onsite solutions vendor teams (across Hospitality and Facilities) and managing any cross-team projects.
- Being innovative with new ideas, and suggestions for the service and our operation, and researching what could be suitable.
- Assist with the commercial analysis of sales, labour, wastage and other operational costs against agreed targets to ensure operation remain on track.
- Collate and populate all presentation and proposal decks for the client, for any of our ongoing WSH projects across the estate.
- Liaising with the clients when necessary, regarding the status of any ongoing projects. Coordinate follow-up actions with key stakeholders as required.
- Attendance at weekly meetings in order to update the wider network with progress of our ongoing projects and request any support/approvals as required
- Collate and respond to all operational/client feedback and data to assist with making business decisions.
- Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients.
- Support key functions with the creation and implementation of new operational processes and initiatives.
- Ensure all personal training courses are completed at all times, avoiding overdue deadlines and take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of your line manager and/or relevant mentor.

Qualifications
- Project Management experience.
- Experience within retail and hospitality industry.
Skills:
Essential:
- Proactive, solutions-focused and self-motivated.
- Highly organised, dependable and detail oriented.
- Strong ability and desire to ensure key initiatives are effectively coordinated, implemented, measured and embedded into the operation.
- Organised, and good time management skills and able to prioritise the workload effectively and efficiently.
- Microsoft office applications including SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive, Outlook etc
- Excellent knowledge of managing multiple projects and ability to hold key stakeholders accountable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work using own initiative, and act proactively and promptly to last minute requests
- Curious and improvement-orientated, always looking for better ways of working.
- Good time management
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Good teamwork
