About Nero
Nero is building the future of performance activewear through natural fabrics. We reject synthetic polyester in favor of uncompromising, high-performance natural materials. We operate a high-velocity, direct-to-consumer model where speed, operational precision, and absolute obsessive detail matter.
The Role
Nero is hiring an Operations Assistant / Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day operational machinery and manage all moving parts across production, logistics, and admin.
You will be the operational central command for the brand. From tracking purchase orders with mills and manufacturers to booking freight, coordinating 3PL inward drops, managing returns, and maintaining razor-sharp inventory levels, you own the backend execution. If you thrive on logistics, tracking timelines down to the day, and building automated systems to streamline daily tasks, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Supply Chain, Freight & PO Tracking
- Own the end-to-end status of all Purchase Orders (POs), maintaining strict oversight on production lead times, factory outputs, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate and book global air/sea freight and local couriers, ensuring seamless transport from factory gates to our 3PL warehouse.
- Monitor all inbound inventory shipments, ensuring packing lists, shipping marks, and delivery schedules align cleanly with our 3PL’s receiving guidelines to prevent landing delays.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
