Operations Assistant
Worthing, West Sussex, UK | On-site
Support the day-to-day operation of a busy health and fitness club, helping to maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-run environment for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the club
- Help maintain high standards across the club’s facilities and operational areas
- Provide a friendly and professional experience for members and guests
- Assist with operational tasks across different areas of the club as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider club team
- Help ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Respond positively and efficiently to member and operational needs

Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and able to work as part of a busy club environment
- Flexible approach to supporting different operational requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or operational environment would be beneficial
- Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential
