Operations Assistant | Fast Growing Tech Recruitment
Location: Paddington
Salary: Up to £30k + bonus + commission on internal recruitment
Hours: 9am–6pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the role
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain broad business experience and get involved in a fast-growing company.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and general facilities
- Supporting new starter set-up, including IT equipment and office requirements
- Managing candidate and client queries (contractor administration) and liaising with Workwell to ensure contractors are paid accurately and on time
- Researching and organising team socials, lunch clubs, Christmas parties, and company events
- Helping coordinate sales days, including venues, catering, and logistics
- Supporting the Operations Lead and wider management team with projects and ad hoc tasks
- Assisting with LinkedIn, branding, and website activity
- Bringing new ideas to improve team activities, events, and the wider employee experience

About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised and proactive, with great attention to detail
- Confident communicating with colleagues and external suppliers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player
- Someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get stuck in
- Keen to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility
