Operations Assistant | Belfast, UK
A leisure and wellness organisation is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy club environment.
This role is focused on maintaining a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for members while providing operational support across different areas of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Welcome and assist members, providing friendly customer service
- Support different departments and teams with operational tasks as required
- Help ensure members have a safe and positive experience throughout their visit
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

About You:
- Strong passion for customer service
- Positive, approachable, and reliable attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the operation
- Emergency Response qualification is desirable but not essential
