About Flawsome!
It all started in our nan’s orchard with one wonky idea: why do we care more about how fruit looks than how it tastes? Flawsome! turns unwanted, wonky and surplus fruit into delicious, natural juice drinks. Our philosophy is simple - craft drinks, made sustainably, tasting as grandma intended. No added sugar, no nasties, just great juice with purpose.

Who are we looking for?
- Highly organised individual
- Confident using excel
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Problem-solving attitude and creative thinking about boring tasks
- Communicative and open
Responsibilities:
- Support in productions planning and ordering
- Data input and control in EPR system
- Communication with suppliers, warehouses and transport companies regarding shipments
- Daily liaising & troubleshooting
- Samples processing
- Support of other team members in orders processing and customer documentation
- Monitoring our stock levels against stock in and orders out.
- Highlighting changes in demand to avoid out of stock.
- Creating reports
- Analysing policies, official documents and occasionally creating documents from scratch
