Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Operations Assistant to support our office and operations team.
Job Details
This is a part-time role working 2:00pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with options available for 4 days per week where desired, as well as ad hoc overtime during mornings.
Salary
£13.45 per hour, and connected to the real living wage rate. This is equivalent to approximately:
- 4 days per week: £188.30 per week / £9,791.60 per year
- 5 days per week: £235.38 per week / £12,239.50 per year
Main Duties
- Supporting our shipping team with enveloping, packing and dispatching documents
- General office administration, including shredding, digital filing and other support tasks
- Removing wastepaper and helping maintain a tidy office environment
- Cleaning the kitchen and shared office areas
- Keeping the dishwasher running and putting items away
- Replenishing kitchen and office supplies
- Supporting the wider team with practical day-to-day tasks
