Robert Half is partnering with an ambitious international staffing and recruitment firm that is looking to hire an Operations Assistant to join its collaborative London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants variety, responsibility and long-term progression within a supportive and fast-growing organisation.
🌟What you'll be doing:
- Supporting and maintaining CRM systems and data accuracy
- Producing reports and analytics to support business decisions
- Coordinating onboarding and compliance processes
- Processing timesheets and supporting contractor administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams
- Assisting with marketing activity, LinkedIn content and presentations
- Supporting the adoption of AI tools and process improvements

🌟What we're looking for:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Proactive attitude and willingness to get involved across the business
- Previous operations, administration, recruitment support or sales support experience is advantageous
