Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative activities across the business
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems
- Coordinate schedules, tasks, meetings, and operational requirements
- Monitor routine workflows and follow up on outstanding actions
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and general business support
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts
- Help identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Support teams in maintaining efficient and organized working processes
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using email, spreadsheets, documents, and online business tools
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous administration, operations, customer service, or office experience is beneficial but not required
