General Description Coordinates and supervises the operations of a retail branch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement strategies to achieve operational efficiency and business goals. Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to personnel. Maintain appropriate cash level. Monitor Bank Representative’s daily cash drawer balances. Provide guidance to subordinates on cross-selling strategies, transactions productivity levels and accuracy. Promote and guide employees to serve clients according to service standards for time on line and solving customers banking problems. May intervene on complex customers’ banking problems. Assure completion of documents according to all banking regulations and Corporation policies. Manage controllable expense accounts. Collaborate with inside auditors on compliance auditing. Complete and discuss the Bank Representative Dashboard.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises at least 2 full time employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Coach and develop employees. Foster a spirit of teamwork and allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity. Education Bachelor's DegreeExperience At least four years of experience in Retail Branch Operations.
