Who are we:
SportScientia is a sports technology company dedicated to advancing athlete performance. We specialise in accurate, on-field "gait analysis" - the study of how athletes walk or run - moving this critical measurement out of the lab and into the field. As a fast-paced organisation that demands accuracy, we are looking for a key member for our operations team to help us manage and scale our growth.
About the Job:
We're looking for someone who pays attention to details and is ready to learn. This is an entry-level job where you'll learn three main things: how to look after our technology, how to manage logistics as we ship our products all over the world and how to keep tabs on happenings in the market.
- Your Role: You'll work right next to the Operations Manager, Jack Rock, who will teach you everything you need to know. Your main goal is to make sure our daily work runs smoothly and perfectly.
- Requirements: You don't need any work experience in our industry to apply. We care more about finding the right personality than the right CV. If you like solving problems, don't need to be told what to do next, and have a positive attitude, we will train you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
