Operations Assistant (Remote UK)
Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an organised, reliable and detail-focused Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organised, enjoys coordinating tasks and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Maintain accurate records, documents and internal information
- Assist with spreadsheets, reports and data entry
- Coordinate tasks, schedules and follow-ups
- Respond to internal and external queries professionally
- Support different teams with day-to-day operational requirements
- Help identify and resolve routine operational issues
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel and online systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous administration, operations or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
