Operations Assistant (Remote)

Overview

CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our remote UK-based team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills who enjoys supporting day-to-day business activities and helping internal processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities
  • Maintain accurate records, documents and internal information
  • Assist with data entry, reporting and process coordination
  • Support teams with operational tasks, follow-ups and priorities
  • Update spreadsheets, systems and internal documentation
  • Monitor workflows, deadlines and routine business activities
  • Respond to internal and external queries professionally
  • Identify and escalate operational issues where appropriate
  • Help improve efficiency across day-to-day processes

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Professional, proactive and reliable approach to work
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous administration, operations, customer service or business support experience is beneficial
