Operations Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing weekly payment runs
- Create and submit invoices, and manage any related queries
- Contribute to payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Help talent team with services contracts
- Maintain and update creator spreadsheets
- Help manage vendor relationships, handling inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare, file, and process necessary forms (e.g., Supplier & Vendor Forms)
- Step in to support the team during the absence of the Operations Manager
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required to support our growing team

Required Skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills in numbers (at least a grade B/6 in Maths GCSE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software
- Experience with invoicing and financial processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage several projects simultaneously
