Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing weekly payment runs
  • Create and submit invoices, and manage any related queries
  • Contribute to payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Help talent team with services contracts
  • Maintain and update creator spreadsheets
  • Help manage vendor relationships, handling inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
  • Prepare, file, and process necessary forms (e.g., Supplier & Vendor Forms)
  • Step in to support the team during the absence of the Operations Manager
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as required to support our growing team

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in numbers (at least a grade B/6 in Maths GCSE)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software
  • Experience with invoicing and financial processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage several projects simultaneously
