Role Description

The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role supports day-to-day operational activities across investment advisory, corporate finance, and securities trading functions, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. Responsibilities include:

The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong operations and operations management skills, with experience supporting daily business processes in a professional services or financial environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear, professional interaction with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in financial services, investment firms, or corporate finance operations is an advantage.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
