Job Description

You will sit at the heart of Installio’s delivery team, managing the end-to-end customer installation journey. Coordinating between installers, suppliers, and homeowners, you’ll ensure technical standards are met and projects move smoothly from booking to completion. This is a high-impact role for a proactive coordinator eager to scale sustainable energy solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end installation process, aligning customers, installers, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Own daily project management by tracking status, identifying blockers, and maintaining accurate records to keep the schedule moving.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building rapport and managing expectations professionally throughout their transition to clean energy.
