DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
An Operations Associate's roles include assisting with process and system improvements, conducting quality reviews of orders processed by others in the organization, providing training, and other duties. Proactively address, resolve, and/or escalate any operational issues affecting customer experience. Manage communication with all sales departments, order and process all customer orders, returns, and ensure that all procedures are carried out according to best practices.

As the Operations Associate, you will:
- Follow proper protocols to ensure correct order entry and fulfillment.
- When processing POs, quotes, and RMAs, ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Enter data into a variety of organization software systems.
- Work in cross-functional teams to define and review operational and logistical procedures, as well as to introduce new procedures as required.
- Define and execute improvements to order management processes and technologies to streamline order delivery and improve customer service.
- Assist in training other order entry employees in the development of skills and knowledge.
- Support with the continuous development of processes and workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Operations Associate:
- 3+ years of operations experience. Prior order management experience a plus.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Outlook and Excel
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes
- High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, communicates assertively, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure, customer focused and a team player.
- Must be able to work PST hours (USA)
