LoveJunk is the UK's marketplace for junk removal and reuse. Our mission is to make waste removal cheaper, safer and greener while helping divert more reusable items away from landfill.
We're looking for a bright, curious Operations Associate who wants to learn how to build and scale a marketplace while making a real environmental impact.
You'll work across customer operations, supplier management and marketplace performance, helping solve operational challenges and improve how our business runs every day.
What you'll do
- Monitor our marketplace and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Recruit, onboard and support our network of licensed waste collectors.
- Support waste collectors with operational, invoice, and payment queries.
- Analyse operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve our marketplace.
- Help improve internal processes as we continue to scale.
