What is Androlabs?
Androlabs is the first pharmaceutical company that is entirely dedicated to men. Founded in February 2021 and headquartered in London, Androlabs is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up company. Our medicines are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK, and Australia.
What is our mission and how do we work?
Gender disparities in health awareness and access to routine check-ups and treatment can result in excess preventable deaths and illness. Globally, nearly twice as many male deaths are considered preventable compared to females, contributing to the concerning statistic that men live, on average, five years less than women. At Androlabs, our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling these issues head-on.
We partner with healthcare professionals who treat patients daily and lead initiatives to raise awareness of menās health, improve education, and remove barriers to care. We have already launched the first-ever menās health pub, developed a leading patient education platform, built a HCP zone with CPD-accredited learning, convened scientific advisory committee meetings with 17 of Europeās top KOLs, and facilitated publications that have evolved the field of menās health treatment.
By putting patients first and adopting a science-led approach, we are reshaping the traditional pharma model to deliver better outcomes across menās health.
We are a diverse team of ~40 people based across 7 countries, and speak more than 14 languages. We are profitable, growing, and have big ambitions to create a world-leading men's health company that makes a difference in society.
At Androlabs, our core valuesāKnowledge and Transparency, Agency, First Principle Thinking & Humilityāguide our actions every day. They shape our daily operations and interactions. Whether itās empowering a colleague with the right information, proactively addressing challenges, or embracing feedback, we live these values every day to ensure that Androlabs is a place where innovation thrives, and excellence is the norm.
Androlabs is part of Tithonia Group, an entrepreneurial life sciences company.

Iām in my final year doing Economics and I donāt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer ā it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donāt need a masters. Letās look at the ones youād be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

The Role
We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our growing team. You will be the person who keeps our customer-facing operations running accurately, on time, and under controlāowning the ticket queue, the outbound order cycle, and the records that underpin everything.
You will report to the Operations Lead and work closely with our supply chain, quality, and finance teams. Day to day, you will manage the full lifecycle of outbound orders and customer tickets: from first contact through to delivery confirmation, exception resolution, and quality record closure. You will be the person customers and carriers hear from, the person who catches problems before they escalate, and the person who looks at a recurring friction point and fixes it. You own a workflow end to end, and you are accountable for it being accurate, responsive, and continuously improving.
What You'll Be Doing
Ticket Management & Customer Communication
- Own the Zoho Desk ticket queueātriage incoming requests, assign or resolve them, keep response times within target, and make sure nothing sits unanswered.
- Follow up on pending order lines and late deliveries, giving customers and colleagues a clear written update on status, blockers, and next steps.
- Support customer onboarding, making sure account and delivery requirements are captured correctly at the outset.
- Be the confident, reliable point of contact for customers and carriers by phone and in writing.
Order Processing & Operations
- Process outbound orders end to end, from entry through to despatch and delivery confirmation, chasing carriers and resolving exceptions as they arise.
- Keep the Orders App accurate and currentātransport references, delivery updates, and linked ticket numbers recorded correctly and on time.
- Produce regular operational reporting on tickets, open actions, deadlines, and blockers, flagging problems early rather than after they escalate.
Compliance, Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain the compliance and quality records tied to outbound activityāGDP processes, QMS actions, complaint samplesāand close out assigned actions within deadline.
- Spot the recurring friction in the queue and the order process and propose or implement a fix.
