Operations Associate
Location: Glasgow
Contract: 12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days at home

The Role
Our client is a large multinational firm that provides a range of financial services, including advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Monitor trade flow, resolve trade breaks, and oversee all cash activity
- Escalate and manage exceptions with an understanding of operational risk controls
- Maintain strong internal relationships and promote service improvement initiatives
- Support administrative and operational processes as required

What you bring
- Proven client service experience in a financial services or operational environment
- Knowledge of listed derivatives and/or OTC clearing is advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Keen interest in technology solutions and process transformation
