About the Role
Job Title: Operations Associate - Voice Support
Location: London UK Hybrid
Role Type: InsideIR35 Contract
Description
- Resource delivers end point testing against all premium voice and standard voice services for ad-hoc testing, RFB completion, and issue investigation. Resource additionally provides feature / functionality testing for IPC, Speakerbus, and cloud 9 technology.
- Provide software & hardware support as per direction of client management or project guidelines.
- Maintain transaction & asset records.
- Update knowledge documentation as needed.
- The primary focus of the trader voice support role is to provide frontline support to the client's voice operations team and themselves within the team.
- Within the remit is ensuring good staff relations and discipline. The need to maintain a focused, committed, and stable team is recognized and marked as a priority.
