Operations Associate at Wonders of Maths
Location: North/West London (Highgate/Hamstead/Hammersmith). 5 days a week in-person at one of our physical centres.
Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Annual Gross Salary: GBP 30-35K

About Us
At Wonders of Maths, we are a tutoring company that makes learning accessible to everyone by teaching in a way that resonates with each individual. With a holistic approach to understanding every student's unique learning behaviours, we create bespoke curricula and resources, leveraging their natural strengths to help them develop a passion towards learning. We provide educational support throughout the year with the majority of our sessions being delivered in-person at our Hammersmith centre.
The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we need a highly organised and proactive Operations Associate to be the backbone of our daily operations in a new centre we’re opening in West London. This role is central to everything running smoothly and works across parent communications, scheduling and overall centre logistics.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating order and structure, and who wants to play a hands-on role in a fast-growing education business. You will work closely with the team, in particular with our COO, Tutor Manager and Centre Coordinators. This role will have real ownership over the day-to-day running of the centre, whilst being directly supported by, and reporting to, our COO.
Responsibilities
- Manage parent communication across all channels, acting as an expert in Wonders of Maths products and maintaining clear, professional relationships with families.
- Oversee the tutoring schedule to ensure smooth delivery of all sessions.
- Manage centre logistics including printing materials, staffing classes, and welcoming students and parents.
- Keep our management platforms and physical office space organised and up to date.
- Manage inventory and office supplies.
- Work with the team to improve the efficiency of our physical and digital processes as we scale.
