About Installio

Installio is helping UK households make the switch to cleaner, smarter home energy. We deliver high-quality solar, battery and heat pump installations, combining strong operational execution with rigorous technical standards and a great customer experience.

We’re growing quickly and looking for an Operations Associate to help coordinate installations, support customers, and keep projects moving smoothly from booking through to completion.

The role

As an Operations Associate, you’ll sit at the centre of our delivery team. You’ll help manage the end-to-end installation journey, coordinating customers, installers, scaffolders, suppliers and internal teams to make sure each project is delivered safely, efficiently and to Installio’s standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable dealing with lots of moving parts. You don’t need to be a solar or heat pump expert already — we’ll give you the training and support to build strong technical and industry knowledge over time.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate installations end to end — help manage the installation process from preparation through to completion, making sure customers, installers, scaffolders and suppliers are aligned.
  • Own day-to-day project management — track project status, identify blockers early, keep schedules moving, and ensure key information is captured accurately.
  • Communicate with customers — build strong rapport, keep customers informed, manage expectations clearly, and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Support installers and delivery partners — make sure installation teams have the information, materials and support they need to deliver high-quality work.
  • Develop technical knowledge — learn how domestic solar, battery and heat pump systems are designed and installed, so you can understand project requirements and explain key details clearly.
  • Help solve operational problems — spot recurring issues, suggest improvements, and work with the wider team to make our processes more scalable and reliable.
  • Work across the business — collaborate with sales, technical, customer support and leadership teams to improve the customer journey and operational performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
