Operations Associate, Foundations

London | ht.digital

Our Foundations team handles governance, token issuance, compliance, treasury management, financial reporting, and daily operations for a portfolio of innovative digital asset clients. We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations and project delivery across multiple engagements, with a strong focus on compliance and record-keeping.

What you'll do

  • Run daily operational tasks for a range of digital asset entities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Plan and track deliverables across client engagements, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Manage compliance obligations alongside legal teams and directors: counterparty onboarding, regulatory filings, and periodic reviews.
  • Keep records accurate, well-structured, and audit-ready across all engagements, from compliance files to onboarding documentation.
  • Spot inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement technology to optimise workstreams.
  • Maintain and develop the operational playbook, keeping processes documented and current.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in operations or project management, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • A STEM background is highly desirable; we value analytical rigour and structured problem-solving.
  • Meticulous record-keeping and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines without compromising quality.
  • An understanding of finance and accounting concepts (reporting, reconciliations, audit requirements); enough to grasp what clients need and why, without owning those workflows.
  • Familiarity with KYB/AML and wallet screening tools such as Sumsub and blockchain analytics platforms; hands-on experience is a plus, but you should understand what these tools do and why they matter.
  • Strong interest in crypto and blockchain; direct experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • A clear communicator, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
