Laundryheap - Regional Associate

Laundryheap is a fast-growing tech company transforming the laundry and dry-cleaning industry, providing convenient 24-hour pick-up, cleaning, and delivery services across 16+ global markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Regional Associate to join our Partner Operations team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in operations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will support our network of partner facilities by conducting site visits, maintaining quality standards, assisting with operational improvements, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Facility Support

  • Visit partner facilities across London regularly.
  • Build positive relationships with partner teams and act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational support.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and support offboarding where required.
  • Deliver basic training on Laundryheap systems, processes, and operational standards.

Quality & Operational Standards

  • Carry out routine site audits and quality checks.
  • Ensure partners follow Laundryheap operating procedures.
  • Identify operational issues and work with partners to resolve them.
  • Support initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Operational Coordination

  • Assist with order management and operational queries.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Operations, Fleet, and Account Management to resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Maintain accurate audit records and operational documentation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Highlight opportunities to improve processes and partner performance.
  • Support the implementation of operational changes and new initiatives.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on partner performance and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised with good attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with external partners.
  • Confident using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs) and Slack
  • Previous experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, retail, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu would be an added advantage but is not mandatory

Role Details

  • Full-time (40 hours)
  • On-site role across London (Rotational 5 days per week, including weekends)
