About Our Client

An organisation in the financial services industry based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

  • Execute day-to-day operational activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Review and process operational requests, validating information against internal procedures and controls.
  • Perform regular reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and assist with issue resolution and escalation.
  • Maintain operational records, data repositories, documentation, and tracking logs across relevant systems.
  • Prepare operational reports, management information, and stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage requests and support service delivery.
  • Contribute to process enhancement initiatives, system testing, audit reviews, and operational improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Associate should have:

  • Experience in banking or financial services operations.
  • A strong understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Arabic speaker.
