Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Associate to provide frontline support for trader voice operations, including voice services, endpoint testing, hardware/software support, and issue investigation.
Experience: 8–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Perform endpoint testing across premium and standard voice services.
- Support ad-hoc testing, RFB completion and issue investigation.
- Conduct feature/functionality testing for IPC, Speakerbus and Cloud9 technologies.
- Provide frontline hardware and software support to the voice operations team.
- Maintain transaction, asset and support records.
- Update knowledge documentation and operational procedures.
- Work closely with client management and project teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain effective team communication, discipline and service stability.
