Womenli Supplements is a fast-growing women’s health and wellness brand dedicated to supporting female intimate health & hormone balance. We create innovative, science-backed supplements designed to help women feel their best at every stage of life. As we continue to scale across multiple sales and marketing channels, we're expanding our team and looking for ambitious people to join us on our journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with our 3PL and suppliers.
- Coordinate inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting.
- Source new manufacturers and supplier partners.
- Support new product launches from sourcing through to production.
- Track product costs, operational expenses and margin opportunities.
- Help build systems, processes and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Work with marketing to prepare for launches and promotions.
- Coordinate with customer service and communicate operational updates internally.

About You
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, ecommerce or supply chain.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong AI skills, automating as much as possible
- Commercially minded and comfortable working with data.
- Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
