Business Assurance Assessor Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Business Assurance Assessor to join the team reporting into the Operations Assurance Manager.
This role involves providing essential support in monitoring and evaluating compliance with internal processes and procedures across various business units. Conducting a variety of assessments to provide assurance of the implementation and continued adherence to a ‘one best way’ company standard.

You will be provided with full training and development to give you every opportunity for success but will need to be flexible with hours to accommodate the business needs.
The Role
- Completing assessments against set criteria
- Delivering productivity targets to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Contributing to the identification and design of new oversight initiatives
- Facilitating flexible and adaptable support activities
- Providing comprehensive feedback
- Identifying areas where process and procedural changes could improve efficiency.
- Working in collaboration with Conduct Assurance to ensure consistency in approach
- Compiling clear and accurate results
- Supporting continuous improvement in assurance processes
- Building and developing strong relationships
About You
You’ll have experience working within an FCA regulated business and have an eye for detail and be highly organised and have strong communication skills.
