About Us

We're TheCovalentBond, a London based performance marketing agency of 30-35 people delivering strategy and implementation across search, media, social, content, data, UX, dev and automation for clients including Samsung, Collinson, Shake Shack, Evewell and FutureForum.

About You

You are proactive, curious and hungry to learn and grow. You're excited to get first hand experience of how AI can improve a fast moving/growing digital agency. You're comfortable with sensitive information, can hold multiple things in mind and are an efficient communicator. PA or EA experience helps, as does having used tools like Claude and/or Xero, but neither is essential. Personality and attitude matter more.

About the Role

You'd be the person keeping the business running day to day, helping Andy (our founder) while our MD is on maternity leave. It spans operations, finance, people, and founder support - proving incredible breadth and opportunity to make an impact and grow. This is a full time role based in our London office (WC1X 9AA), with a minimum of three days in the office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
