About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded operator to lead our UK business on two fronts: running a high-performing florist operation and growing our commercial pipeline. You will lead the florist team, own our vending machine network, and build the partnerships and client relationships that drive our next stage of growth in the UK.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who understands the practical realities of floristry operations and enjoys turning opportunities into signed business.
What You Will Do
Lead the UK Operation
- Lead and develop the florist team, setting clear standards for quality, service, and productivity.
- Build clear processes and ways of working, and improve them as the business grows.
- Monitor performance and solve issues before they reach our customers.
- Recruit, onboard, and train florists alongside our People & Culture Department.
Run and Grow the Vending Machine Network
- Own our UK flower vending machines end-to-end, from stock and freshness to presentation and uptime.
- Manage relationships with site hosts, machine suppliers, and maintenance partners.
- Track sales and performance by location, and secure new high-footfall sites.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
