Full-time · On-site, Wembley, London (HA9 7FP) · £28,000–£34,000 depending on skills and experience

An ideal first role for someone looking to play a major part in a small, award-winning company, learn every side of running a business directly from the founder, and shape the direction of the business and its fortunes. Recent graduates are very welcome — no prior experience required. All applicants must have permission to work in the UK.

ABOUT US

Nutural World is an artisan producer of premium nut butters, sold online and offline in the UK and abroad. We don't make peanut butter (that's one of our USPs!) — but we make almost every other nut butter you can think of. Our products have won multiple Great Taste Awards and are all certified Vegan, Sugar Free, Halal and Kosher. E-commerce is our main route to market: our own website (WooCommerce), Amazon and TikTok Shop.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a small team, which means this is not a narrow admin job. You will be operations, sales, marketing, procurement and finance — all in one. No two days look the same, and there is nothing "out of scope": the breadth of the role means you can hone in on what interests you most and make a real and decisive difference within the organisation.

Here's the main thing, in the words of the person currently doing the job: "You don't need prior knowledge for this job — the ability and willingness to learn is what makes the difference." If you are curious, adaptable and eager to grow, we will teach you the rest.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Run the day-to-day office: correspondence, phone enquiries, and relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Manage our online stores — WooCommerce website, Amazon and TikTok Shop — including listings, orders and customer queries
  • Pack and dispatch customer orders — like everyone here, you'll do hands-on work as part of the day
  • Keep the books in Xero: entries, invoicing and chasing overdue payments
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement so we never run short
  • Spot and pursue sales opportunities that are right for the business
  • Manage and collaborate with our external agencies and freelancers
  • Use AI tools daily to work smarter — they are part of how we operate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A flexible, agile mindset — you enjoy variety and switch between tasks without losing the thread
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to figure things out
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken, and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Excellent command of both the Microsoft Office and Google office suites — with strong Excel skills in particular
  • A good knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy, with Xero familiarity highly desirable
  • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day — or genuinely keen to become so
  • Highly organised, with real attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE

  • E-commerce experience — WooCommerce, Amazon or TikTok Shop as a seller
  • A major European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch…)
  • Social media or photography skills

WHAT WE OFFER

  • £28,000–£34,000 depending on skills and experience, with an annual review
  • Share options after a qualifying period
  • Genuine breadth and ownership — rare exposure to every side of running a business
  • Direct mentoring from the founder: advertising, e-commerce, finance and more
  • A small, friendly team that strives for excellence in everything it does

WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU APPLY

Our unit is a working food production site — the office shares the space with production, so it is livelier (and noisier) than a typical office. The role mixes interesting, responsible work with everyday practical tasks such as packing orders — we all muck in. And because we work with nuts and sesame all day, the role is unfortunately not suitable for anyone with a tree nut or sesame allergy.

HOW TO APPLY

Please email the following to admin@nuturalworld.com, with the subject line "[FIRST NAME] [SURNAME] - Operations & Business Manager"

  • Your CV — including your email address and phone number
  • The completed application questionnaire, which you can download here: https://bit.ly/4xfOMLf

IMPORTANT: Only complete applications (CV + questionnaire) will be considered. The deadline for submission is 6 September 2026. This may be extended and if so — it will be mentioned in the Application Questionnaire.
