Job description
As OBO Delivery Lead (m/f/x), you will drive the successful execution of high-impact OBO initiatives across our European region. You will turn strategic opportunities into measurable results—mobilising cross-functional teams, establishing effective governance, managing interdependencies, and ensuring initiatives deliver their promised value.
- Map and prioritise value creation opportunities across the regional operations, procurement and supply chain landscape.
- Build robust financial models and compelling business cases, including transparent assumptions, sensitivity analyses and clear benefit profiles.
- Translate complex operational challenges into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leaders, executive stakeholders and board-level audiences.
- Maintain and continuously enhance the live value-creation tracker, reconciling forecast benefits with realised outcomes across the active initiative portfolio.
- Work closely with the Regional Operation Leads to prepare governance packs, Steering Committee materials and concise progress reporting.
- Work closely with the OBO Delivery Lead to ensure initiatives are structured for measurable delivery.
- Share insights, lessons learned and best practices across the global OBO network in Europe, China and India.

Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in Operations, Supply chain, Procurement, Management Consulting, or a related commercial function in a B2B business environment.
- Proven experience in developing robust business cases and value models that have supported and influenced investment decisions.
- Strong cross-functional mindset, with the ability to connect operational details to commercial impact and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex analysis to senior and C-suite audiences.
- Experience in R&D, manufacturing, industrial or commercial environments is an advantage.
