About The Role
This Operations / Claims Team Leader post in Bristol suits a proven people manager keen to steer a customer-focused operational group. Working full time on a hybrid basis, the successful candidate coaches and develops staff, tracks service levels, quality and performance, and handles complex enquiries and escalations. - Previous team leadership experience.
