How to become an asset for our team:
As Operations Clerk Sea Freight Import & Export (m/f/d) you hold the strings:
- Independent handling and processing of import and export sea freight shipments in accordance with our quality standards
- Order entry
- Rate negotiations with shipping lines
- Booking of cargo space
- Invoice and document preparation
- Telephone support for our customers
What makes you special for us:
Whether you have previous professional knowledge or are a career changer - you are very welcome here!
- Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable training
- (Initial) experience in handling ocean freight shipments is desirable
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Strong self-management skills
- Enjoyment of interacting with customers and international business partners
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and openness
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
