The Role

You'll run day-to-day operations across our two flagship client products — revenue-based funding and Shopify Ads — so the founder stays focused on deals and business development. It's a hybrid of customer success and business administration, executed with an AI-first mindset. The bar is simple: every process you touch should end up cleaner, faster, and better-documented than you found it.

What you'll own

  • Client management — handle incoming requests across both client products; keep inboxes moving and standards met.
  • Admin & finance ops — most invoicing and document collection runs on automation. You own the human layer: cross-check what the systems produce, intervene when automation breaks, and help eliminate recurring failures at the source.
  • AI-first execution — every recurring task is a candidate for automation or AI assistance. You build it once, you document it, and it runs itself.
  • Founder & Finance Director support — help to prep materials, follow-up, keep the calendar honest. Clear written communication, sharp prioritization.
  • Partner liaison — occasional coordination with business partners, agencies, and other counterparties.
  • Process review — propose and implement improvements to internal processes; build the playbooks we don't yet have.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • Organized to the bone. A clean spreadsheet is a moral imperative, not a nice-to-have.
  • Decisive executor. Given a clear goal, you move — no meeting required.
  • Direct communicator. If something's off, you flag it with the data to back it up.
  • Healthy perfectionist. A typo in a client-facing doc genuinely bothers you; a $0.01 reconciliation gap keeps you up until it's fixed.
  • Self-directed. You don't wait for instructions — you wait for the next problem.
  • Systems thinker. Checklists, playbooks, templates — you build them naturally and document as you go.

Bonus points

  • Background in startups, e-commerce, or financial products
  • Comfort with productivity and AI tools
  • Exposure to accounting or finance workflows
