Operations & Compliance Coordinator

πŸ“ Thame, Oxfordshire | Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office

A well-established business in the recruitment sector is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join its team.

This role will work closely with the Operations & Compliance Manager, helping to manage worker onboarding, maintain accurate compliance records and ensure everything is in place before people begin assignments.

πŸ’Ό The Role

You will support the day-to-day onboarding and compliance operation, making sure documentation is collected, checked and recorded accurately.

The role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy environment. You do not need extensive compliance experience, but you will need strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the confidence to take ownership of your workload.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
