Lowestoft, Suffolk (Fully Site-Based)
6-Month Contract (until 20/03/2027)
Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an Operations Co-ordinator to support a major offshore wind operations site in Lowestoft, Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced renewable energy environment, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance activities, operational planning, and site administration. This position is fully site-based. Due to the operational requirements of the role, candidates should ideally be based within approximately 30 minutes of the Lowestoft site.

- Maintaining accurate technical and commercial records
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Supporting site operations through SAP and associated systems
- Liaising closely with field personnel and operational stakeholders to optimise schedules, resource allocation, and Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) deployment
- Supporting reporting, parts consumption tracking, timesheet verification, billing processes, and ensuring all work is completed in line with HSE requirements and UK legislation
The successful Operations Co-ordinator will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong Excel and general IT skills are essential, while SAP experience would be advantageous but is not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are key to success in this role.

Key Requirements & Benefits
- Fully site-based role in Lowestoft, Suffolk
- 7 days on / 7 days off shift pattern working 12-hour days
- Initial 4-week training period worked Monday to Friday
- Competitive rates of £17.00 per hour PAYE or £21.81 per hour Umbrella, plus 150% overtime
