£30,000-£33,000 basic salary plus on call allowance (expected total package c. £32,000-£35,000)

Cathie is a global offshore engineering consultancy supporting international offshore renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive coordinator to support offshore project mobilisation, resource planning, logistics and wider business operations. Working closely with project managers, operations teams and offshore personnel, you will coordinate resource scheduling, travel, mobilisation and project administration. As project workloads fluctuate, you'll also provide administrative and coordination support to QHSE, HR and other business support functions.

The role includes occasional out of hours coordination, supported by an on call allowance.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate scheduling and mobilisation of offshore personnel
- Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics
- Maintain project and personnel records
- Act as a key point of contact for offshore personnel and project teams
- Support mobilisation planning and project administration
- Coordinate documentation and reporting activities
- Support QHSE, HR and wider business operations
- Assist with process improvement and operational administration
What We're Looking For
- Experience in coordination, logistics, administration or project support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Practical, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities

Nice to Have
- Offshore wind, marine, engineering or construction experience
- Resource planning or mobilisation experience
- QHSE knowledge or NEBOSH qualification
- International travel coordination experience
- French or Dutch language skills
