Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing both onshore and offshore operations within one of our Service and Construction division.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of personnel, projects, travel, accommodation, and logistics, ensuring smooth operational delivery across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Ensuring work scopes and project deadlines are met
  • Identifying scheduling clashes, operational risks, and potential issues
  • Maintaining and updating staff training records and certifications
  • Coordinating all travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements
  • Supporting HSEQ requirements and compliance processes
  • Assisting with project coordination, planning, and delivery activities
  • Managing and reviewing timesheets to ensure accuracy and alignment with technician pay
  • Supporting recruitment and operational staffing requirements
  • Coordinating labour hire requests from customers (including recruitment)
  • Assisting with all pre-mobilisation and demobilisation requirements
  • Liaising with customers regarding project timelines and day-to-day operational matters
  • Communicating with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Organising vehicles, PPE, and equipment required for technicians to carry out work
  • Completing general administrative duties as required

  • Previous experience working in renewables would be preferred however not essential.
  • UK Driver's licence

Working Hours

This role is primarily Monday to Friday and includes participation in an on-call weekend rota on a rotational basis. We would like the person to be able to work from our Dundee office.
