Role Overview

To coordinate people, processes, systems, and resources so that employees can do their jobs effectively and customers receive an elevated level of service. The role supports the business to continue operating as it continues to scale up.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the day-to-day running of the Operations department is smooth.
  • Resolve all Operations Helpdesk requests quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure a Gold Medal Winning office environment – ensuring a high level of organisation is maintained.
  • Support Operations Executives and Operations Manager.
  • Perform weekly stock inventories on office consumables – reporting stock levels and orders.
  • Act as EMJ receptionist for all guests – including interview attendees.
  • Admin tasks – collecting and distributing post and deliveries, ensuring consumables are collected and kept topped up.
  • Drive efficiency and cost savings through accurate reporting.
  • Assist with ad-hoc Operational tasks and events including Quarterly planning, Christmas party and Summer Ball.

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years office administrator experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude.
  • Confident with IT systems (Outlook, Excel etc).

Key Information

  • Salary: £30,000
  • Reports to: Operations Manager
  • Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
  • Working pattern: This role is based onsite, 5 days a week, in our London Office
  • Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
