Alsta Operations Coordinator

Alsta is a modern heritage watch brand, founded in New York in 1946 and relaunched for a new generation in 2017. We're a small team and are looking for an Operations Coordinator to sit at the centre of it.

The role

This is a junior, all-round role covering shipping and logistics, customer care and sales and partner communications. You will keep orders moving, customers informed and enquiries answered promptly and professionally. For many of our customers and retail partners, you'll be the first point of contact.

A calm, organised approach and real care for getting things right matter more to us than years of experience. If you want to learn across a business rather than stay in one lane, this is the job.

We would like to hear from exceptional candidates seeking a part time or full time role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
