Operations Coordinator

Salary: £32,420
Location: Bristol
Contract: 9–12-month fixed-term contract
Start Date: 21 September 2026

Overview

Our client is an established UK mobility services organisation seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its vehicle remarketing team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

The role will coordinate the allocation, routing and sale of returned vehicles across multiple remarketing channels. Using operational data and market insight, the successful candidate will make informed vehicle assignment decisions, support efficient stock allocation and help maximise commercial returns.

This is a busy operational position involving close collaboration with internal teams and third-party suppliers, with responsibility for maintaining service standards, accurate vehicle information and timely progression through to sale.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate and route returned vehicles across appropriate remarketing and sales channels.
  • Use vehicle assignment tools, operational data and market trends to support informed allocation decisions.
  • Optimise vehicle supply across available channels to support commercial performance.
  • Ensure vehicles progress through the remarketing process within agreed service levels.
  • Check that vehicle information is complete and accurate before publication or onward movement.
  • Coordinate the transfer of vehicles to refurbishment sites, auction platforms and other sales channels.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and build effective working relationships.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure agreed standards and timescales are met.
  • Complete operational reporting and administrative activity within agreed deadlines.
  • Use data to support daily decision-making and workload prioritisation.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of operational pilots and trials.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across vehicle operations and remarketing.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could delay vehicle allocation, movement or sale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
