Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time.

Location: Aylesbury. Please note this role is full time onsite with no remote working.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to work with an established Construction business in Aylesbury. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be the operational link, making sure every team has the people, materials, plant and information they need to run the job effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scheduling and resource coordination: Plan and coordinate labour, subcontractors and vehicles for all projects ensuring high utilisation, avoiding clashes and flagging resourcing gaps early.
  • Materials, plant and job information: Ensure every job runs seamlessly on time and on budget. This includes making sure trams have a clear job pack alongside the materials, plant and tools they need ahead of time. You’ll liaise with suppliers to confirm deliveries, and track equipment to ensure full utilisation.
  • Delivery, margin and reporting: Track live jobs against timeline and budget, escalating slippage early, and produce weekly reporting that gives the MD a reliable view of job status across the group.
  • Systems and coordination: You will own the day-to-day operational systems, keeping data clean and standardising processes across the group. This includes updating insurance records, compliance records and liaising with customer teams to ensure consistent communication to clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
