About This Role
Are you an organised people person who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and making things happen?
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing Operations Team and take responsibility for supporting a hub of approximately 5-6 schools across the Trust.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with Headteachers, school staff and the central operations team to help ensure schools are safe, compliant, efficient and able to focus on delivering excellent education.
As the lead operational contact for your schools, you will support a wide range of areas including estates, health and safety, compliance, data protection, contracts, procurement, sustainability initiatives and day-to-day operational issues. You will regularly visit schools, build strong relationships with leaders and staff, coordinate projects and contractors, and help drive continuous improvement across the Trust.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
