Schedule: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00)

Role Overview
The role of the Operations Coordinator Facades will involve:
- Dealing with the coordination of logistics and supply for the supply of a range of construction products and accessories
- Providing administrative support across logistics, purchasing, and general operations
- Coordinating deliveries, courier bookings, and transport requirements, resolving any issues or delays
- Managing purchase orders, stock requirements, and supplier communications
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and systems, including PODs, logistics data, and purchasing information
- Supporting KPI reporting, stock analysis, compliance, and continuous improvement projects

Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Operations Coordinator Facades with:
- Administration experience within construction
- Exposure to procurement, logistics, supply, operations, warehousing, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence emailing and calling different stakeholders
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Organized, dynamic, and self-motivated
