What You Need to Know
Our Great Yarmouth facility is our Subsea Centre of Excellence, and we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our Operations team.
This is an office-based role offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work with colleagues across multiple departments, helping ensure our manufacturing, supply chain and facilities teams have the support they need to deliver for our customers.

What We Are Looking For
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Operations function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and compiling manufacturing documentation and work packs for production teams.
- Supporting document control and certification processes.
- Coordinating equipment calibration records and technician training records.
- Raising purchase demands for consumables and operational requirements.
- Maintaining operational records and business management system data.
- Supporting stock return processes with the Supply Chain team.
- Assisting with facilities administration and coordinating external contractors where required.
- Arranging business travel, including hotels, flights and vehicle hire.
- Providing general administrative support across the Operations team.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls during afternoon reception cover.
- Working closely with colleagues across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities and QHSE to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritise changing workloads and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working within a multi-department business.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience within an operations, manufacturing, service delivery or project coordination environment would be advantageous.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system would be beneficial, although training can be provided.
