Location: London, UK or Firenze, Italy (Both remote with semi-regular site/warehouse visits)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE & location.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in powering our day-to-day fulfillment, ERP accuracy, and logistics management.
The Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ERP system maintenance, and end-to-end supply chain functions.
This is a flexible remote role; however, because you will be required to handle physical operational checks, coordinate local deliveries, and visit sites or warehouses semi-regularly, candidates must be based in or local to London or Firenze.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Order Placement & Tracking: Place purchase orders with international and domestic suppliers, tracking shipments through to final delivery.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all inbound inventory arrives on time, within budget, and with complete customs and shipping documentation.
- Supplier Relations: Maintain clear, positive communication and strong working relationships with suppliers and freight partners.

Order Management & Fulfillment
- Fulfillment Tracking: Oversee customer orders from warehouse dispatch to final delivery, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
- 3PL & Carrier Relations: Work closely with 3PL providers and courier networks to resolve shipping exceptions and carrier delays.
ERP System Maintenance (Unleashed)
- Data Integrity: Take full operational ownership of Unleashed, ensuring real-time accuracy across stock levels, POs, and BOMs.
- Stock Control: Assist with regular inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical stock audits.
General Operations & Food & Beverage Supply Chain
- Inventory Health: Monitor stock health to prevent stockouts, manage shelf-life constraints (FIFO), and minimize wastage.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with quality assurance checks on incoming goods to ensure products meet Sayuri Tea standards.
- Local Logistics: Carry out occasional hands-on London site visits, warehouse checks, or local logistics errands as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Location: Based in or local to Greater London, with the flexibility to carry out semi-regular in-person site visits, or based in Italy, ideally in or local to Firenze.
- Logistics Experience: Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or inventory control.
- Systems Proficiency: Confident working with inventory management software / ERPs (experience with Unleashed is ideal, but familiarity with platforms like DEAR, TradeGecko, or NetSuite is great).
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail when dealing with numbers, customs paperwork, and inventory logs.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal teams and external partners. Fluency in English is required.

Bonus Qualifications (Desirable):
- F&B / Organic Experience: Background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or working with organic goods.
- Languages: Conversational or professional fluency in Japanese or Italian (valuable for supplier liaisons).
