This role is offered on an initial fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination, supply chain and project support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. Please note, this is not a sales position. The role focusses on project delivery, supply chain coordination, operational support and stakeholder management.

The Role

Reporting into a team of Project Managers and Supply Chain Directors, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of customer and operational projects from implementation through to completion.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting all project administration activities whilst ensuring projects remain on track, stock and inventory requirements are managed effectively, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating multiple operational and supply chain projects simultaneously.
  • Supporting customer implementation and delivery plans from project initiation through to completion.
  • Managing all associated project administration and reporting.
  • Supporting stock control, inventory management and supply chain analysis.
  • Producing accurate reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
  • Monitoring project progress and escalating potential issues where required.
  • Supporting operational improvements and the successful delivery of supply chain solutions.
  • Ensuring accurate records and project documentation are maintained.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
